Our shipping cost is automatically calculated at checkout based on the size and weight items you're purchasing, delivery address and the shipping option you select.

SHIPPING OPTIONS

We provide several shipping options:

Australia Wide:

Parcel Post - cost effective, but your delivery might take a little bit longer. More information is available here.

Express Post  - faster delivery without costing too much more. More information is available here.

Courier Post - the fastest delivery option, but costs a bit more. More information is available here.

International:

All prices are in Australian dollars. For international customers, the prices quoted do not include your local sales taxes or import duties, which may be charged to your purchase upon entry to your country. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

Please note:

– Delivery timeframes are an estimation based on Australia Post service guidelines. Urbano Village is not responsible for any delays incurred by Australia Post. If you have not received your package within 7 business days, please email us at info@urbanovillage.com and we will gladly assist with tracking your package.

– If no one is present to receive your parcel, a notice will be left at your address with alternative delivery or pick-up options.
